Please read the terms of service carefully before accessing or purchasing from the site.

By accessing or using any part of this site (KarinaFeelGood), you are agreeing to the terms of service and conditions of the site (KarinaFeelGood). Please make sure you review this page regularly as the terms of service may be updated at any time.

Monthly Membership: Once you sign up to the monthly membership the subscription will begin from the date you sign up. The amount will be taken on the same date each month. To cancel your subscription you can simply email hello@karinafeelgood.com to do so. As a monthly member you will have access to all content while your subscription is active.

Cacao Ceremonies: All bookings must be paid in full prior to the ceremony to reserve your space. If you need to cancel your booking you must do so at least 72 hours prior to the ceremony date. If you cancel within the agreed time you will receive a full refund or your payment can be applied to a future date.

Healing Energy Sessions: All bookings must be paid in full prior to your agreed appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment you must do so at least 72 hours prior to the session date to receive a full refund.

Shipping: Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your purchase to be shipped and up to ten days after your purchase is shipped to be delivered. During peak seasons (e.g. December), this timeframe will be longer. If you have not received your package within 21 days from the shipped date, please contact your local Post Office to begin a search for your package. You can include my email address { hello@karinafeelgood.com } in your correspondence.

Safety Disclaimer: All sessions (ceremonies/meditating circles/one to one sessions) are designed to bring peace to the nervous system. They are not designed to diagnose, if you feel you have a medical condition please consult your doctor.

Refunds & Returns: KarinaFeelGood does not offer refunds on products that have been received in good order. An exchange of goods can be completed if the wrong product was purchased or sent. Please note in the instance that the customer has made the mistake, the customer will need to pay for all shipping costs incurred in this exchange. KarinaFeelGood will not accept return on any Cacao opened. If any product is received broken or damaged, KarinaFeelGood will replace this item on receipt of photographic evidence.

Please note that all products on this site are subject to variations and some products may look slightly different due to lighting at the time of photographing the product.

Payment: KarinaFeelGood uses SumUp and Stripe for payment.
