This is two and a half hours (1:30-4pm) of pure indulgent self-care. We will begin with some beautiful ceremonial cacao and grounding in to open our circle together. Then we will take a journey using the Pheonix Breathwork Method to activate our nervous system to go deep, gain some clarity and nurture your transformation and fully unfurl while being held and supported. You will then simply relax in to your cosy nest and be guided by me through a soul activation meditation. This will be a beautiful way for you to reconnect deeply with your own magical energy and rest. There will be Sound Therapy and Reiki for each person in circle to help ease tension in the body, lifting out any heaviness. This will be your chance to nourish your mind, body and soul.
This circle will be held in the most magical setting - Knockrose House. This wonderous place is nestled in Barnaslingan, County Dublin. Steeped in the history of the Druids and known for its own healing energy.
I will be serving Magic Earth Cacao on the day and as always will have some for you to buy after the circle. The circle will be kept small so book now if you feel a stirring. Bring a blanket/pillow/socks/essential oils/eye mask - basically anything that will help you sink deeper in to healing!
