Knockrose Circle - Sunday 20th of July
This is two hours (1-3pm) of pure indulgent self-care. We will begin with some gentle breathwork before drinking ceremonial cacao together. You will then simply relax in to your cosy nest and be guided by me through a soul activation meditation. This will be a beautiful journey for you to reconnect deeply with your own magical energy.
